  • Thanksgiving Tandoori Turkeys and Holiday Catering

    September 27 - December 31, 2017

    For the past 24 years, we have been preparing perhaps the most exotic turkeys served in this county from our tandoor ovens. These Mary's free-range birds ($90.00, 13-14lbs, serves at least eight) are skinless and marinated in a herb and spice blend before they are sent into our super-heated barrel-shaped ovens. Because of the high heat, the juices are seared into the meat, making it lower in fat (because there is no skin) but still moist. The turkeys come surrounded by an intoxicating spice and vegetable-infused Basmati rice, and there is a wickedly runny cranberry chutney on the side. In addition to our turkeys, we also offer other items available for holiday catering, such as smoked Tandoori meats like Lamb Chops, Wagyu Beef, Tomahawk Steaks, Baby Back Ribs, Quail, Duck, and Cornish Game Hens as well as whole racks of Venison, Red Deer, Wild Boar, Elk, and Berkshire Pork.   • Far Niente Wine Dinner

    Join us at the Clay Oven for an evening of fine dining featuring the wines of Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. Founded in the late 1800’s by John Benson and lovingly restored in the 1970’s by Gil Nickel, Far Niente established a reputation as a top producer of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The Far Niente partners went on to create Nickel & Nickel in the late 1990s, a winery on a historic property in Oakville that is dedicated to producing 100 percent varietal bottlings from single sites to showcase the personalities of the individual vineyards.
